FCS was established in Cadiz Spain in 1999 as First Commissioning Services SA to assist the Commissioning requirements of our sister company Swift Servicios Tecnicos SA (est.1995) on the PEMEX Akal multiple Gas Platform Projects located in Mexico.

In 2005 FCS merged with Swift Servicios Tecnicos to incorporate under the one name Project Management through to Commissioning services to encompass the life cycle of our Clients’ Oil and Gas Projects on a global scale.

Due to the increasing demand in the Commissioning area, we continued with the planned company expansion as the focused Commissioning Department of our Group of Companies, and proceeded to incorporate FCS in Spain, UK, Libya, UAE, Oman, Malaysia, China and USA.

FCS Group have assisted on multiple Projects ranging from Engineering Supervision, Procurement, Cost and Quality Control, Construction, Installation, Hook-up and Commissioning through to Operations and Brownfield support with the Management, Planning and Execution of Turnarounds and Outages.
