FCS UK Provides Staff a Range of Training and Development Opportunities

Since receiving ISO-9001:2008 certification, FCS has been constantly reviewing its quality management systems and investigating development opportunities.
Recognising the fact that our staff are our greatest asset, FCS have developed a training and development policy.
This policy allows staff to broaden their skill-sets and learn additional aspects of the organization through methods including job-sharing, internal transfers, and in-house training documents.
Additionally, FCS has identified a range of distance and/or e-learning opportunities which will be made available to staff members*. These courses include:
