Main accountabilities:

• Ensure high quality of engineering and design work

• Act as Focal Point for Engineering Services to Client

• Develop and monitor Project Work-scopes and Schedules

• Develop and manage Project Budgets

   

  HSE responsibilities:

• Contribute to HSE performance throughout the Engineering phases.

 

Reporting lines and interactions:

• Functionally reports to: Managing Director

• Operationally reports to: Project Director

• Directly supervises: Lead Engineers, Project Engineers, Package Engineers

   

  Key interactions:

• Internally: Engineers, Procurement

• Externally: Clients, Classification Societies, Fabrication Yards, Subcontractors

Attributes:

 

Experience:

 

• Engineering Project Manager with min 15 years experience

• Min 5 years experience with Engineering Management for Floating Hull Structures

• Familiar with FPSO, TLP, SPAR, SEMI

• Computer literate

 

Qualifications:

 

• Degree in Naval Architecture / Offshore Engineering

• Current Medical Certificate

 

Personal qualities:

 

• Self starter with good communication skills

• Strong analytical skills

• Full command of English language
