FCS Group has successfully concluded its annual ISO 9001 Surveillance Audit, recognising its ongoing commitment to employing Quality Management Systems that deliver excellence, sustainability and reliability.

 

FCS Group have over 25 years experience providing global (Temporary; and/or Contract; and/or Permanent) Project Recruitment Services to Shipbuilding and Onshore and Offshore Petrochemical. The ISO 9001 Certification is an internationally recognised Quality Management System standard published by ISO (International Organization of Standardization) and provides a framework for managing an organisation’s Quality Process.

 

The assessment was carried out by Bureau Veritas, a global leader in testing, inspection and certification. As part of the certification process, Bureau Veritas assessed FCS on the following eight Quality Management principles, which are all fundamental to good business practices:

• Process approach

• System approach to management

• Continual improvement 

• Fact based decision-making

• Mutually beneficial supplier relationships
